Andrea Sarri lets his genius run wild with dishes that are strong, colorful, rich in scents and perfectly balanced in their flavors, and manage to convey his conviviality-oriented cooking philosophy. Land and sea come together. The vegetable garden and the herbs are ever-present, to bring out the flavor in the seafood and the shellfish.
