Entering Zazà Ramen means arriving in one of the first restaurants to have specialised its culinary offer in ramen. It has spread its popularity in a city like Milan where the land of the Rising Sun was almost only represented by sushi, sashimi and tempura. In the restaurant ramen can be tailor made with two types of pasta and the three traditional flavours of Shio, Shoyu and Miso, characterising soups made only with natural ingredients. So, ramen here is respectful of tradition but with an important use of fresh vegetables and a smaller fat component.
