If only there were more young people like William Bertocchi, Jonathan Signorelli and Cinzia Musmetti. In their thirties, after travelling around the world, a few months ago they started the adventure of Nasturzio in Albino, a village near Bergamo. The place is in the rather sterile spaces of an hotel, but the food is surprising, because they have fun mixing in some cases the flavours of the valleys with innovations that come from other cultures. For instance, with Scarpinocc (tortelli filled with meat): they serve them covered in a foam of cream, butter and sage.
