Pepe brought his divinely light dough here, as well as his passion for flour, mother yeast and local ingredients. In a play of connections between north and south, from his hands are born pizzas like Curtefranca, with Fatulì della Val Saviore, smoked pancetta, fiordilatte from Alvignano, chopped broccoli and pistachios.
