Il Moro is a restaurant of excellent Sicilian cuisine. It’s not a new place: the Butticé siblings opened it on March 1st 20017. Antonella is in the dining room, Salvatore in the kitchen, Vincenzo is specialised in the governance. They decided to summarise their Sicilian memories in a series of courses made of many small tastings; they called it Viaggio in Sicilia. The Butticès are down-to-earth, honest, professional and talented. They don’t make mistakes but they don’t want to overdo it either. They have skill: they carefully take care of high-quality raw materials. Their offer (especially the seafood) is contemporary without losing sight of authenticity.
