Chef Giancarlo Morelli has had an adventurous life: from nearby Milan to Sardinia and further to Morocco. Regardless of travels and events, his home is only one: Osteria Pomiroeu. It recently celebrated its 25th anniversary and it remains the place where you can discover the skills of Morelli and his style in the kitchen: a simplicity applied to pairings and recipes that are respectful of the ingredients used. Among the dishes you cannot miss, his risottos. Especially the very good Risotto dell'anniversario, enriched with a lightly smoked buffalo milk ricotta, with red prawn tartare and black truffle, and anchovy colatura.
