Mediterranean lake cuisine, sunny, capable of making both gourmands and health fanatics agree: this is the cuisine of Matteo Maenza, a meeting of attention to wellbeing, lightness and environmental sustainability. The restaurant is surrounded by citrus trees, olive groves, aromatic plants and capers. The aromas and flavours offered by these plants are fully displayed in dishes such as Rice with saffron, capers, candied lemon and chocolate, Marinated coregone alla scapece, crushed potatoes with extra virgin olive oil, caper leaves or in the Lemon mousse with white chocolate and cordiale with citron from Tassoni.
