Vun is the first hotel restaurant to receive a Michelin star in the history of Milan. A mission accomplished in 2012 (and doubled 5 years later) thanks to chef Andrea Aprea from Campania. He constantly applies a concept: a dish must always be good, that is to say it must have a powerful Mediterranean character. In must be explosive in the palate, so that it will be remembered in the days to come. Simple, you’d think. Not quite. Try the Rice, lemon, red prawns, rosemary and capers. Or the Eliche pasta with juice of friarielli, sea truffles and candied lemon. You’ll want to return soon, shall we bet?
