Vasiliki is the name of this restaurant but most of all is the name of its owner, Vasiliki Pierrakea. She’s arrived in town from Kalamata, via Athens, to do something completely different. But then she realised that what until then had been a hobby, that is to say cooking for her friends, could become a reason for being. So a Greek restaurant was born in Milan that easily pushes every stereotype aside and presents a multifaceted and always surprising image of a culinary tradition we often reduce to only four dishes.
