This is what’s happening at Antica Osteria La Rampina, a historic place known for the excellent Lombard culinary offer presented by Lino Gagliardi, but now made even richer and transformed thanks to the creative personality of his son Luca, a contemporary experimenter. The result is not in contrast, but a completion: the menu is moving towards more elegant dishes, where fish represents an important component, interpreted in different ways, depending on the season.
