What a success for Federico Sisti at Ronchettino! It didn’t take long for most people to realise that a fine chef had arrived, starting from the faithful clients of this successful restaurant. Then the word spread and finding a table is now as hard as ever. Sisti has brought new lymph, which he adds to classic Milanese recipes now presented with a contemporary touch which results in the same flavours, but making some processes lighter. It also livens up the new dishes: not avantgarde recipes, but a food exploration that goes beyond the borders of Lombardy.
