Since 1950 they’ve been working in the restaurant industry and today they have left the helm to young Michele, born in 1986. The continuity the chef has given to this modern trattoria is matched by his passionate research for products, producers and wines hard to find elsewhere in town. A passion to which he adds his love for cooking and a classic approach in presenting traditional Italian dishes in an accurate yet modern way.
