A very recent debut in Milan for one of the talents of Italian cuisine. Franco Aliberti is not a newbie for sure, but he’ll need to adjust to this new reality too. Meanwhile, however, his style is already recognisable, and the quality is of course very high. There are two tasting menus: one is called “A due passi da Milano” and measures the distance between the Duomo and every recipe; the second is a hymn to the city and its neighbourhoods. Then there’s the à la carte menu, in which an excellent Risotto with cabbage and smoked trout and a rich Roasted Biancostato stand out. The pumpkin is surprising.
