And indeed the mother is there: it’s Bruna, the wife of the late Vittorio and the mother of the guys who are now running the famous establishment. Chicco currently creates a menu that is a summary of quality, aesthetics, tradition and technique. In the kitchen, Bobo and Paolo are always present. Try the dishes that homage the restaurant’s 50 years of history: Uovo all’uovo, Bianco di Branzino alla clessidra. And the evergreen Paccheri alla Vittorio.
