The restaurant has deservedly reached the top of the restaurant scene in Trieste, thanks to the wise teamwork. It only seats 12 people (while the bistro next door seats 35), and it’s only open in the evening, so it is best to book in advance.
The palate is pleased by various dishes: you can start with Scampi, sea urchins served with yuzu, horseradish and rice chips with liquorice. Risottos are for sure one of the chef’s strongpoints; we recommend the one with tomato water, capers, basil, anchovies and plankton.
