Their goal is to make their guests feel at home, through their dishes and their hospitality. Here you can perceive Friuli’s history, culture and tradition. The chef explores new frontiers for food and research, thanks to a closely-knit kitchen brigade. There are three tasting menus: Nuovo e indimenticabile (which means New and unforgettable); Go green and Storia e cuore (literally History and heart) which represents their connection with the territory.
