In the centre of Canale, Davide Palluda, born in 1971, conveys his passion in every sector and in every dish, from the Enoteca to the Osteria. He gives new life to the cuisine of Roero and mixes it with excellent raw materials from all around the world. There are many dishes not to be missed, like the agnolotti with roast sauce, or simply with smoke, the fassone "dalla testa ai piedi" [literally from head to toe] and the finanziera.

There’s something to suit all palates looking for something local, something nostalgic of the Langhe, or coming from other regions. Indeed, there are plenty of influences for far away...
