Marta, who celebrated 25 years of activity in 2018 is hardly tired and every day she studies, experiments, and invents. Territory has a great importance in her menu, but it’s interpreted with new solutions and pairings that go well beyond the borders of Piedmont. And even classic ingredients find new textures through technical research.
