The cuisine of Marta Grassi grows and evolves year after year. It doesn’t matter that it has taken lots of hard work to conquer the excellent results she’s achieved with her husband, maître and sommelier Mauro Gualandris – including a Michelin confirmed for over 20 years.

Marta, who celebrated 25 years of activity in 2018 is hardly tired and every day she studies, experiments, and invents. Territory has a great importance in her menu, but it’s interpreted with new solutions and pairings that go well beyond the borders of Piedmont. And even classic ingredients find new textures through technical research.
