Three, like the Dellaferrera brothers: Alessandro, Massimo and Tiziano who, after acquiring lots of experience even abroad, have been running La Coccinella since 1998.
Guests will find a cuisine made of seasonal and local products. There are sometimes new takes, but without distortions and always well executed. Meat and vegetables come from local suppliers; the pasta is home-made. The wine list is long, with carefully selected wines and a fair mark-up.
