This was meant to be a simple "vineria e cucina" but in fact brothers Diego and Dario Rista (respectively in the dining room and in the kitchen) and Graziano, who bought the place, have taken off and show no intention of stopping.

This is confirmed by the fact that for the second year in a row Wine Spectator has recommended it among the best places in Torino where to enjoy a glass of wine. And how about the food? The dishes are never banal: always rich, using plenty of ingredients from Piedmont. With no superstructure or tricks to hide them.
