They are colourful, they are happy pizzas. There are dew choices of toppings, but different types of dough and of leavening.
For lovers of the “pizza scrocchiarella”, the crispy kind, there’s Fa Croc, a new take on the Roman focaccia. Don’t miss the Croccante, crunchy. It’s compact, and made with high hydration. As for our choice: cream of peas, burrata, cuttlefish from Porto S. Spirito, Habanero mayonnaise and extra virgin olive oil with lemon. Dreaming of a swim, with the aroma of the sea.
