In the Palace of Venaria, Alfredo Russo is like a king: seen from these Baroque rooms, Torino seems as far as Paris and New York. Venaria is a retreat. It was so for the Savoia family, and it’s now the same for the chef: Russo is connected to the world - in 2017 he opened restaurants inside two hotels in London – but Dolce Stil Novo is a noble place, compared to Torino.

It offers the unique charm of dining on a daterrace overlooking geometrical hedges in the garden beloved by Peter Greenaway. From the kitchen arrive dishes that please clients looking for soundness, flavours and guarantees.
