Adriano Baldassarre seems calmer compared to his young self, when he made lots of noise in the calm restaurant scene of the Prenestino neighbourhood. But when tasting his dishes, you can tell his Ithaca is still far away, his creative fury is well alive, and this young man (he’s little over forty years old now) still has plenty to say in a town like Rome where the fine dining scene is rather static (while luckily it shows lots of activity below).
