In 2019 the restaurant opened by Giancarlo Casa celebrates its 20th anniversary. An important milestone for this establishment that was the first to import a new concept of pizza in the capital, based on researching ingredients and dough – both for the classic pizzas and the original ones – as well as the wines and craft beers to match.
The passing of the time has left the enthusiasm of Giancarlo untouched. He’s always ready to take on a new challenge and to experiment with dough and toppings. La Gatta’s pizzas continue to be among the best in town, and the same goes for the fabulous fried food, especially supplìs.
