This nice restaurant opened 15 years ago by Kunihiro Giuliano and his mother is a Japanese enclave in Ostiense, one of the neighbourhoods in Rome with the strongest vocation for multi-ethnic cuisine – even though not always of high quality.
Kunihiro is Italian but strongly tied to his culture of origin. He travels to Tokyo every month to buy special ingredients and run the Italian restaurant he opened there. In Italy, he started to offer authentic Japanese cuisine long before it became popular, to which he later added an original and contemporary interpretation. No matter what you choose, the outcome is always delicious.
