Franco Cimini is an old-fashioned host. He welcomes you in his warm and cozy home that smells of Emilian countryside and Sunday lunches. His menu is solid, with lots of (the right) Emilia on the plate. Tradition’s sacred ritual of a cuisine that speaks the language of an artisanal know-how, ancient and very modern at the same time. We start with a spectacular cold cuts selection, then some excellent first courses: the Tortellini with milk sauce are fabulous, comforting and reassuring, a real delicacy. Among the second courses an ode to the quinto quarto in all its interpretations, and to the barbecue.
