Il Grano di Pepe

If we wanted to name some other attractions of the lower Modenese countryside other than cars, we had to mention Il Grano di Pepe. With cars, Rino Duca’s food has in common a certain a speed of thought and action, as well as the ability to turn, ergonomically speaking, in effective dishes like the iconic A summer chronicle, while, with the same tasteful confidence, it rattles off literary references like the sumptuous casserole from The Leopard. Beyond that, some Japanese hints like Rino’s newest Ramen with sardines and his Eggplant parmigiana with tomato dashi.
