Among the new wave of osterias and trattorias opened by young entrepreneurs all around Italy, critics didn’t write enough about this venue in the Piacenza countryside. The huge spaces of a whole farmhouse are filled with a familiar atmosphere, that takes on a yellow tone when the fresh, hand-stretched pasta comes out of the kitchen, and smells like spices when the Squab "bomba" (house specialty) is put on the table, or one of the many traditional dishes of Piacenza. An old model turns out to be a contemporary option, not only for the dishes they serve.
