The restaurant is located in the quaint historic streets of San Michele, where an old trattoriaused to be. In the distance, orderly arranged rows of the vineyards and some bountiful apple orchards. Then, just down the road, the city: Bolzano is only a few miles away.
There’s a constant rotation on the menu, and the same goes for Alessandro’s mind. The territory is still a reference point, therefore the selection includes both local delicacies such as the Char with porcini and savoy, and some Mediterranean notes. The Scallop with thyme and lemon, smoked jus and wild spinach is a really powerful experience.
