His ability to play with the classics of Italian tradition might seem an identity feature, but it’s just an homage. His creativity is at its best with slow cooking techniques and a personal approach to customers. His delicious Spaghetti omega 3 will be hard to forget: its deep marine and iodine notes from the cod liver will stick to your palate.
