Surrounded by the peaks of the Val Sarentino Alps, in just a few years this chalet with rooms, bravely built, became a small boutique hotel and an amazing gourmet destination. The style of the chef Heinrich has improved and perfected, redefining the role of the territory and the local resources.

With techniques as lyophilization, spherification and the use of the charcoal grill, his region-inspired dishes gain a new identity and simplicity. There is a big open-view wine cellar with a thousand labels, supervised by Gisela, who is also the queen of the dining hall.
