Vinzenz was the name of Veronica Stötter’s grandfather: from our first look at her open-space, where the walls are covered with all the labels of the wine cellar, it’s been clear that this is a place that invests on quality. 4 years ago came the chefs Mauro Monti, of Apulian origin, and Fabian Niederstätter.

Every day, combining North and South, this duo gives life to an ever-changing menu based on the day’s availability, though lamb and wild game, house staples, are always present. Even if we’re far from sea, their seafood is worth a try.
