Il Bavaglino is an offshoot of chef Giuseppe Costa, born in 1982, who 8 years ago decided to go back home to make his dream come true. His cuisine encompasses territory and creativity; his Sicilian origins are well recognizable in his dishes, together with some influences from his travels all around Italy. The chef, who likes to revisit traditional recipes without distorting them, follows his mission: rediscovering and promoting ancient, long-lost flavors.
