Besides an excellent cocktail list, at Fud Off you can taste the chef’s ability in converting into tapas her highbrow, inspired cuisine, using her imagination and her deep knowledge of local and international ingredients, always supported by a good command of the techniques. Among the small tastings, we were impressed by the territoriality and the strength of the Etna nduja with Ragusan bufala burrata and crusco peppers on crunchy bread. Among the dishes, you have to try pastrami’s aromatic drive.
