Salvatore Vicari’s restaurant is a little gem in the heart of Noto, almost hidden in a quaint little street. The chef’s cuisine is high-quality, effective, elegant, made up of the products from this corner of Sicily: the vegetables come from a nearby garden, fish and meats are individually picked as all the other ingredients of these hearty and simple dishes that burst with flavor and strength. Just think about the Oil and garlic fettuccine with masculini, or to the excellent grouper, brilliantly picked and cooked… All these dishes scream territory, but in a modern and convincing way.
