An extension of Villa Carlotta, charming hotel born from the renovation of a nineteenth century farm, the restaurant overlooks an enchanting olive grove. Ruta’s cuisine is contemporary, rich, straightforward, marked by a good balance and some convincing pairings, a result of his research and of reusing some ancient local ingredients: an expression that sometimes reaches baroque heights, full of words and strong hints.
