The Aeolian Islands should give a medal to the Caruso family. The first ones to get it should be papà Michele and mamma Clara Rametta, the lady that thirty years ago saw a bright future in a bunch of ruins perched above the sea. Today they’ve become Signum: an amazing resort and a famous gourmet restaurant run by their children, Luca and Martina. He is the host who welcomes his guests with low-key politeness. As for her, she must have a fake ID, because it’s impossible that a 30-year-old already cooks so well. Scents of the sea and of the garden, avant-garde and insular identity.
