Twin-restaurant of the Milan venue of the same name and offspring of the same owners, Vittorio and Saverio Borgia, Bioesserì is Palermo’s urban bistrot: open from 8 AM till midnight, here you can taste organic quality products, from breakfast to nighttime.

The wide culinary offer ranges from excellent baked goods and pastries to a nice selection of smoothies and centrifugal juices, from Antonio Di Stefano​’s gourmet pizzas to young chef Alessio Marchese’s full-bodied dishes: prompt and tasty preparations.
