This project is a miracle entirely made in Perugia: the establishment was created in the mind (and in the heart) of two indomitable, crazy fanatics of fine dining and fine drinks: Antonio Boco and Paolo Baldelli. Is this a gastropub? Sure it is. A restaurant? Yes, that too. A cocktail bar? Undeniably.
We could continue (wine bar, beer bar, oyster bar...). In the end, Società Anonima escapes ordinary definitions: there’s everything here. Starting from a cuisine that is contemporary, yet strongly connected to memories and inspirations from the past. Today the kitchen is handed to the young and talented Giorgio Enrico.
