Peter Brunel acquired an enviable strength with a little help from his environment: a sophisticated style, a romantic little terrace on the Arno and a beautiful hall on the ground floor. You can also visit the cellar, located in an ancient medieval tower, that boasts more than 900 items.

Here, Peter can express his relentless interest in testing and trying any kind of new trend. Without any hesitation, he decided to list the courses by kind – roots, beans, bulbs, tubers, leaves, flowers, stems, fruit.
