At first, Enoteca Marcucci in Pietrasanta was just a local wine shop. Today, thanks to Michele Marcucci, it’s all grown up. The Tuscan identity is strongly percieved in each element of this venue, especially in its dishes, result of a relentless hunt for the best food products in the world, designed for a perfect wine pairing.
With its soups, cheese and cold cuts selection, its extraordinary pappa al pomodoroand its excellent barbecued meats, Marcucci has become a temple of simple cooking, characterized by basic ingredients. The three thousand labels in the cellar do the rest.
