Fulvietto Pierangelini is a seaman. With an easy attitude but lots of talent and determination, he brilliantly runs the place without any sponsorship (his father, Fulvio Pierangelini, is a legendary figure in Italian cuisine).
From his famous parent he inherited a great commitment to his job and to the corner of Tuscany where he grew up, encased between the sea and the hills. Fisherman and chef, he draws inspiration by the gifts of the sea and is determined to put their essence on the table. Thanks to his experienced eye, he chooses high quality products with certified origin, from which he brings out some strong, intense and true flavors.
