Starting from the nice entrance overlooking a silent side street in the centre of Bari, everything here seems based on good taste and original elegance. Antonio Scalera’s dishes have the merit of presenting the true flavours of this region in a delicate and modern way, without neglecting a refined presentation.

A proof of this is given by the marvellous meeting of seafood and vegetables: whether it’s the smoked mullet played down by adding bergamot mayonnaise, or the exceptional balance of the red mullet with black truffle and caper mayonnaise.
