Al Primo Piano

At Al Primo Piano they’re at work from morning till late at night. Indeed, this is a multifaceted business occupying a building, its name literally meaning “On the first floor”. From the spaces of the bistro-wine shop, where you can buy excellent food products and wines, you move to the large dining room on the first floor.

Here you’ll have to trust the creativity of patron-chef Nicola Russo: there’s no written menu and the offer depends on what raw materials are available. The resulting dishes are concrete and never heavy. The Lamb with potato gâteau is succulent; the Sausage salted with sea water and cooked on the embers is amazing.
