This is one of the places that are turning the province of Lecce into a delicious destination. The restaurant is a lovely project that unites two opposites, namely tradition and innovation in the kitchen. Everything is designed by Gaetano and Miriam Marangelli.
There are two chefs, as Alfredo De Luca has now joined Vito Gaballo. It’s nice moving from the Seared octopus with miso and potatoes, a brilliant starter, to the Pork chops from Valle d'Itria in tomato sauce. The Risotto with anchovies, candied citron and rosemary, the Pancetta of suckling pig lacquered with beer, the smiles and the atmosphere are all perfect.
