The setting is that of a typical masseria, the atmosphere is both rustic and refined, preparing you for an interesting gastronomic experience. This is created by the patron himself, Riccardo Barbera, with the precious help of Gennaro Balice.
What’s interesting is that they recover authentic flavours and traditional recipes in the shape of a delicate modernity. This is proven for instance by the Gazpacho with burrata, compote of peppers and fresh oregano. Local daily products and vegetables grown in the masseria, however, are the constant, intertwined with the use of some small, but significant technical tricks.
