Locanda Severino is a lovely table which is happily back to enrich this corner of land, halfway between Campania and Lucania, full of history and outstanding products. The kitchen found new life in Giuseppe Misuriello’s spirit and passion: with his expert and accurate hand, he creates dishes which depict the territory in a graceful way, without distancing themselves from the texture of each flavor, rich and deep, yet always greatly balanced.
The Cuttlefish gnocchi with horse beans, peas, horseradish in their broth are exceptional. The great Tim Ricci is in charge of the desserts.
