Work, passion and the will to never stop: the life of Tonino Mellino, chef and owner of Quattro Passi, seems easily summarized in these three concepts. His biggest pride are his two sons, who joined him in the kitchen.
Together, the Mellinos took a new «step», celebrating local products with a more refined and more technical way of thinking: that’s how the Liquid tomato salad was born (an extract of several types of tomatoes, together with the blossoms of the herbs used to flavor the dish), or the Mullet waffles to dip in an orange mousse.
