Entering the Rione Sanità is a remarkable experience: here you can still find the real Naples. There are many people who contribute to the preservation and promotion of this place: among them the young Ciro Oliva, born in 1991, who runs Concettina ai Tre Santi, a family-run pizzeria opened in 1951 by his great-grandmother Concettina, with the sharp thinking of an entrepreneur, a big heart and good innovating ideas.

When you eat at Ciro’s, you can always expect one thing: pure delight. With about fifteen pizzas in the menu, he takes raw materials and execution very seriously, going heavy on the toppings and light on the dough.
