«Two pizzerias, only one way of making pizza», reads the Salvo brothers’ website. Francesco and Salvatore want to honor both their San Giorgio a Cremano mother company and their new Neapolitan branch. While we wait for the Michelin guide to realize that an Italian restaurant can be pizza-based as well, the Salvo brothers have raised the bar in the pizza world.
They have a wine corner with more than 200 items, a feather in the cap together with the service. But pizza is still at the core of their project. There are several tasting options and anà la cartechoice between classic pizzas, montanara and many other treats.
